Join us for our third immersive cooking and wine pairing experience! This time, you'll learn to ceate and enjoy eating with frieinds your own:
Ravioli (spinach and ricotta in brown butter)
Cannelloni (ground pork and beef with mascarpone and Parmesan béchamel)
Under the guidance of expert chef Ian Volberding, you'll master these dishes. Learn how to pair them with hand-selected boutique wines from Vanessa Romero, sommelier at The Bighorn Bottle Shop. Excite your Italian urges and enjoy it with delightful new wines while you're cooking and as you dine.
